Who We Are
We are a Tarasana! We are a collective of practitioners in different fields of wellness who have come together to create an accessible path to health and happiness.
Meet Tara
Tara is a certified yoga instructor, life coach (soon-ish), and certified bad booty bitch. Tara’s goal is to help guide you on your journey towards better health, greater mobility, decreased pain, inner peace, and self love.
What We Do
We at Tarasana eat the elephant one bite at a time. We know there’s no magic bullet. No easy answer. No quick fix to the big challenges. But what’s the rush anyways? What we do at Tarasana is stand side by side with you to face off against life’s big challenges, break them down to manageable goals, and work to them with you. Utilizing a multimodal approach of mobility through flexibility, nutrition, meditation, structured breathing exercises, and other stuff, we help you to prepare yourself to be better enabled to live your life to the fullest, as your best, and most joyful self.
Why We Do It
As a child we know we’ll live forever, and nothing could ever slow us down. As we begin to grow up we start to witness and realize that those around us — our parents, our grandparents, our aunts and uncles — may not be as invincible as we are. As we mature we learn the truth about the relationship between how we, and those around us, have treated our bodies and our minds, and how that has handicapped us physically, mentally, and spiritually. These revelations of maturity shaped not only our personal paths, but also our life’s work, as we focus our energies, talents, efforts, and experience on helping live a better today to shape a brighter tomorrow.
