- We support reconnection: calm in the everyday, strength in softness, and balance on and off the mat.
- We meet you where you are, honoring your body, your breath, and your journey.
- Every breath, every pose, and every moment of awareness is an invitation to return home to peace.
Tara offers sessions designed to meet every body where they’re at — gentle, mindful, and accessible, focused on releasing tension, restoring flow, and cultivating awareness.
Paired with the vibroacoustic bed experience — soothing sound vibrations that calm the nervous system and ease the body into deep rest — sessions create space where healing unfolds naturally.
Meet Tara
Tara Copp is the founder of Tarasana Yoga and a certified yoga instructor specializing in gentle, restorative, and accessible practices.
After spending over thirty years in the service industry, Tara knows firsthand how hard constant movement and long hours can be on the body and mind. Her own journey through pain and fatigue led her to yoga — a practice that taught her how to slow down, listen inward, and rebuild balance from the inside out.
Now, through her teachings with Tarasana at CareMore Health & Wellness, she shares what she’s learned: caring for your body is not a luxury, but an essential act of growth. Her classes offer a calm space to breathe, soften, and reconnect — one mindful moment at a time.
“I believe in the quiet power of simple practices — a slow breath, a gentle stretch, a steady vibration. These are the moments that help us return home to peace.” — Tara Copp
